Calculation Amount definition

Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;
Calculation Amount means the Calculation Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • If the Calculation Amount is less than the minimum Specified Denomination the Calculation Agent shall not be obliged to publish each Interest Amount but instead may publish only the Calculation Amount and the Interest Amount in respect of a Note having the minimum Specified Denomination.

  • The amount of interest payable per Calculation Amount for any other period shall be equal to the product of the Rate of Interest, the Calculation Amount and the day-count fraction for the relevant period, rounding the resulting figure to the nearest cent (half a cent being rounded upwards).

More Definitions of Calculation Amount

Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such in the Constituting Instrument, or if no such amount is so specified, the principal amount of any Note as shown on the face thereof.
