Primary Exchange - The exchange in which the customer is located.
The following events will not be Market Disruption Events with respect to the Index: (a)a limitation on the hours or numbers of days of trading, but only if the limitation results from an announced change in the regular business hours of the Primary Exchange or Related Exchange; or (b)a decision to permanently discontinue trading in the option or futures contracts relating to the Index or any Index Constituents.
