NASDAQ National Market System definition

NASDAQ National Market System herein and in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with "The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc."
NASDAQ National Market System means the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Automated Quotation System.
NASDAQ National Market System means the registered national securities exchange operated by NASDAQ OMX and its successors in interest.

NASDAQ National Market System means the National Market System of NASDAQ.
NASDAQ National Market System the average of the last reported closing bid and asked prices reported by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Automated Quotations System as furnished by any member in good standing of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., selected from time to time by the Issuer for that purpose or as quoted by the National Quotation Bureau Incorporated. In the event that no such quotation is available for any day, the Board of Directors shall be entitled to determine in good faith the current market price on the basis of such quotations as it considers appropriate.
