Sales Prices. The Company will sell Products to Distributor at such ------------ sale prices as set forth in EXHIBIT "C" - PRICE LIST, attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time by the Company giving Distributor a 30 (thirty) day prior written notice ("Sales Price"), plus any related charges which Distributor must pay to the Company in accordance with the provisions of Sections 8.2 and Section 8.4, below. The Products' Sales Price shall be specified in the respective Purchase Order. All Sales Prices are F.O.B. Miami, Florida, U.S.A., unless the Company otherwise agree in a writing signed by the Company.
Sales Prices. Sales Prices. The Initial Sales of the Affordable Housing Units shall be made at an Affordable Housing Cost.
Sales Prices. The Owner acknowledges that the sale of its Product by the Marketing Agent is based on market demands and price fluctuation can occur seasonally and otherwise. Marketing Agent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the highest possible price for the Product.
Sales Prices. Prices on the goods specified in the Sale Order do not include any city, state, or federal excise taxes, including, without limitation, taxes on manufacture, sales, receipts, gross income, occupation, use, and similar taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by governmental entities. When applicable, taxes will be added to the invoice as a separate charge to be paid by Buyer. If an exemption from a tax is claimed; supporting documents must be furnished by Buyer prior to delivery. Any and all sales quotations provided by Seller to Buyer shall automatically expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date issued, and are subject to termination by Seller by notice to Buyer at any time.
Sales Prices. Prices listed on the Sales Order do not include any city, state, or federal excise taxes and when applicable, those taxes will be listed as a separate charge to be paid by Buyer. If an exemption from a tax is claimed, supporting documents must be furnished by Buyer prior to delivery. Any and all sales quotations provided by Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) to Buyer shall automatically expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated on the Sales Order.
Sales Prices. The sales prices for Excipient Manufactured under this Agreement and released by SAFC’s quality assurance department shall be the sales price designated on Appendix 3, after taking into account the credit for previous purchases of Raw Materials as detailed on Appendix 3. The sales prices are to be understood as packaged and ready for further processing at the facility of Company or of a third party designated in writing by Company, excluding costs of shipping, insurance and freight and further excluding applicable sales or other taxes (which will be applied as set forth in Section 5.6 hereof). All prices are quoted in United States Dollars.
Sales Prices. All prices stated in offers, order confirmations and purchase agreements are market prices based on the rate of exchange, rate of duty and fees applicable on the date of the offer or order confirmation, including import and export duties but exclusive of value added tax. The prices are also stated based on the market prices of UnikTruck A/S’ suppliers/sub-suppliers. UnikTruck A/S reserves the right to adjust the prices stated in response to changes in the above factors occurring before delivery (see clause 6). If a price is in a currency other than EUR or DKK, UnikTruck A/S is entitled to invoice the buyer for the exchange difference between the price agreed, converted into DKK at the time of the agreement, and the DKK exchange rate at the time of the buyer’s payment.
Sales Prices. The Parties have agreed that the price of dishes and other food and beverage items to be payable by Customer's employees and guests shall be set by the Contractor as follows:
Sales Prices. Developer covenants and agrees that it shall not sell any Affordable Unit for a sales price in excess of the Affordable Housing Price to be determined by Developer and confirmed by Authority. Prior to marketing the Affordable Units for sale, Developer shall submit to Authority for its approval a calculation of the Affordable Housing Cost for each Affordable Unit. Such calculation shall be made in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable Governmental Regulations. The sales contract price for each Affordable Unit shall not exceed the Gross Affordable Sales Price.
