For any Determination Period in which no Tax Offset Trigger Event has occurred as of the last day of the fiscal quarter then most recently ended, $0, and (b) for any Determination Period in which a Tax Offset Trigger Event occurred as of the last day of the fiscal quarter then most recently ended, the product of (i) 20% and (ii) the aggregate Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables owed by Government Obligors as of the Cut-Off Date immediately preceding the first day of such Determination Period.
