Reset Determination Date definition

Reset Determination Date means, in respect of the First Reset Period, the second Business Day prior to the First Reset Date and, in respect of each Subsequent Reset Period thereafter, the second Business Day prior to the first day of each such Subsequent Reset Period;
Reset Determination Date means the second Business Day immediately preceding the Reset Date.
Reset Determination Date means for each Reset Period the date as specified in the Final Terms falling on or before the commencement of such Reset Period on which the rate of interest applying during such Reset Period will be determined.
