Additional Warrants definition

Additional Warrants means such further warrants as may be required or permitted to be issued by the Company in accordance with Condition 5 (such further warrants to rank pari passu with the Original Warrants and for all purposes to form part of the same series), each such Additional Warrant entitling the holder thereof to subscribe for one (1) New Share at such price as may be determined in accordance with Condition 5, upon and subject to the Conditions;
Additional Warrants has the meaning ascribed thereto in the second paragraph of this Agreement;
Additional Warrants shall have the meaning ascribed to it the Warrant Antidilution Agreement between the Company and the Investor.

More Definitions of Additional Warrants

Additional Warrants means additional warrants of the Company issued pursuant to the Investment Agreement and any other warrants the Company may issue from time to time.
