Detail Cost definition

Detail Cost means, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, ** ----------- dollars ($**) for each Major Detail, ** dollars ($**) for each Secondary Detail and ** dollars ($**) if such Detail was conducted by a Specialist Sales Representative, in each case adjusted for inflation beginning with respect to Calendar Year beginning January 1, 2003, using the Producer Price Index as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor.
