Automobile Expenses. The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance not to exceed $1,000 per month. The Company shall pay all insurance premiums and maintenance for the automobile that is the subject of the automobile allowance.
Automobile Expenses. If Employee is provided with an automobile or a car allowance for business purposes, it shall be provided in accordance with Employer's standard automobile use policies and practices.
Automobile Expenses auto rental for moderate size category, related auto insurance, gasoline, parking and taxi service. Costs include applicable taxes.
Automobile Expenses. Employer shall provide Employee with an automobile allowance of $500 per month to compensate Employee for the use of his automobile in the course of performing his duties and obligations under this Agreement.
Automobile Expenses. Employee shall be furnished with an automobile for business use and shall be reimbursed for reasonable costs of insurance, gasoline and repair for said automobile in accordance with the Company's reimbursement policies and upon submission of satisfactory evidence thereof.
Automobile Expenses auto rental for an individual traveler will be reimbursed for small cars category, such as compact or economy. Multiple travelers in the same vehicle will be reimbursed for midsize car category, such as standard or intermediate. Also included is related auto insurance, gasoline, parking, toll road costs and taxi service. Costs include applicable taxes.
Automobile Expenses. (i) The Bank shall provide the Executive with a company owned automobile. Such automobile will be furnished in accordance with existing executive automobile policy as approved by the Board of Directors. All expenses, including but not limited to insurance, maintenance, repairs, fuel, and lubrication services, shall be provided by the Bank.
Automobile Expenses. The Company also shall provide Executive with an automobile for business use in accordance with the automobile policies adopted by the Company from time to time.
Automobile Expenses. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive will be entitled to and the Company shall provide a monthly automobile allowance of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to be applied towards the purchase or lease of an automobile suitable to the Executive’s position with the Company. The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all expenses related to fuel, oil, tolls, maintenance and repairs for any such automobile.
Automobile Expenses. Employee shall receive an amount of Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($750.00) per month as reimbursement for automobile expenses incurred in the use of Employee's automobile for business purposes, including a pro rata share of the following expenses: lease, fuel, insurance and general maintenance.
