Defendant Releasees means (i) Defendants and their attorneys; (ii) the current and former parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, predecessors, assigns, and assignees of each of the foregoing in (i); and (iii) the current and former officers, employees, directors, Immediate Family members, heirs, trusts, trustees, executors, estates, administrators, beneficiaries, agents, affiliates, insurers, reinsurers, predecessors, predecessors-in-interest, successors, successors-in- interest, assigns and advisors of each of the persons or entities listed in (i) and (ii), in their capacities as such.
Defendant Releasees means each and all Defendants, Defendants’ Counsel, and their respective Related Persons.

Nothing in this Section 7 affects CEH’s right to commence or prosecute an action under Proposition 65 against any person other than Settling Defendant, Defendant Releasees, or Downstream Defendant Releasees.
If you do not want to be part of the Settlement Class, you must follow these instructions for exclusion even if you have pending, or later file, another lawsuit, arbitration, or other proceeding relating to any Released Plaintiffs’ Claim against any of the Defendant Releasees.
In addition, Defendants and the other Defendant Releasees will have the right to assert any and all defenses they may have to any claims that you may seek to assert.
Excluding yourself from the Settlement Class is the only option that allows you to be part of any other current or future lawsuit against Defendants or any of the other Defendant Releasees concerning the Released Plaintiffs’ Claims.
Nothing in this Section7 affects CEH’s right to commence or prosecute an action under Proposition 65 against any person other than Settling Defendant, Defendant Releasees, or Downstream Defendant Releasees.
More Definitions of Defendant Releasees
Defendant Releasees means Defendants, the Prior Defendants, Defendants’ Counsel, and the D&O Insurers, as well as each of their respective current and former Officers, directors, agents, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, reinsurers, successors, predecessors, assigns, assignees, employees, and attorneys, in their capacities as such.
Defendant Releasees means any and all of the Defendants and the D&O Releasees and each of their respective current and former directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, advisors, representatives, principals, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, divisions, members, partners, limited partners, former and current shareholders, predecessors, successors, assigns and insurers.
Defendant Releasees means Globalstar, each of Defendants, and any other current or former officer or director of Globalstar and its subsidiaries, affiliates and controlling persons, together with each of the foregoing persons’ respective past, present, or future family members, spouses, heirs, trusts, trustees, executors, estates, administrators, beneficiaries, distributees, foundations, agents, employees, fiduciaries, partners, partnerships, general or limited partners or partnerships, joint ventures, member firms, limited liability companies, corporations, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, associated entities, stockholders, principals, officers, directors, managing directors, members, managing members, managing agents, predecessors, predecessors-in-interest, successors, successors-in-interest, assigns, financial or investment advisors, advisors, consultants, investment bankers, entities providing any fairness opinion, underwriters, brokers, dealers, lenders, commercial bankers, attorneys, counsel, personal or legal representatives, accountants, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, and associates.Release of Claims by Defendants and Globalstar: Upon the Effective Date, Defendants and the other Defendant Releasees, on behalf of themselves and any other person or entity who could assert any of the Defendants’ Released Claims (defined below) on their behalf, shall fully, finally, and forever release, settle, and discharge each of the Defendants’ Released Claims (defined below) against each of the Plaintiff Releasees (defined below). For the avoidance of doubt, the Defendants’ Released Claims do not include claims based on future conduct of the Plaintiff Releasees, including any conduct of the Plaintiff Releasees after the date of execution of this Stipulation, that are unrelated to this Action.

Defendant Releasees means each of the Settling Defendants and each of their current and former divisions, parent companies, predecessors, subsidiaries, and affiliates (including, without limitation, Hollinger Canadian News- papers Limited Partnership, Hollinger Canadian Publishing Holdings Co., Moffat Management Inc., Black-Amiel Man- agement, Inc., 504468 N.B. Inc., 4322525 Canada, Inc., and the KPMG Defendants’ foreign affiliates), and the current and former advisors, affiliates, agents, associates, attorneys (other than Torys LLP), directors, employees, insurers, members, officers, partners, representatives, and trustees of each of them, and each of their heirs, immediate family members, spouses, executors, successors, and assigns.
Defendant Releasees means Defendants, Scientific Games Corporation, Defendants’ Counsel, and any and all of their related parties, including without limitation, each of their respective past, present or future subsidiaries, parents, divisions, affiliates, principals, the successors and predecessors and assigns in interest of any of them, joint venturers, officers, directors, shareholders, underwriters, trustees, partners, members, agents, fiduciaries, contractors, employees, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, controlling shareholders, attorneys, financial or investment advisors or consultants, banks or investment bankers, accountants, auditors, advisors, consultants, personal or legal representatives, estates, trusts, heirs, related or affiliated entities, any entity in which a Defendant has a controlling interest, any member of an Individual Defendant’s immediate family, or any trust of which any Individual Defendant is a settlor or which is for the benefit of any Defendant and/or member(s) of his or her family, and each of the heirs, executors, administrators, trustees, predecessors, successors, and assigns of the foregoing.
