Related Persons definition
Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, each Affiliate of such Person and each director, officer, employee, agent, trustee, representative, attorney, accountant and each insurance, environmental, legal, financial and other advisor and other consultants and agents of or to such Person or any of its Affiliates.
Related Persons means, in relation to a Party, members of the Relevant Party’s Group and the Agents of that Party and of members of the Relevant Party’s Group.
Related Persons means related persons as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).

For the avoidance of doubt, any of the acts described in paragraphs (1) to (4) may only be taken by Target, its Related Bodies Corporate or their respective Related Persons or if permitted by clause 11.3.
More Definitions of Related Persons
Related Persons means, with respect to any Person, such Person’s predecessors, successors, assigns and present and former Affiliates (whether by operation of law or otherwise) and subsidiaries, and each of their respective current and former officers, directors, principals, employees, shareholders, members (including ex officio members and managing members), managers, managed accounts or funds, management companies, fund advisors, advisory or subcommittee board members, partners, agents, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, investment bankers, investment advisors, consultants, representatives, and other professionals, in each case acting in such capacity at any time on or after the date of the Restructuring Support Agreement, and any Person claiming by or through any of them, including such Related Persons’ respective heirs, executors, estates, servants, and nominees; provided, however, that no insurer of any Debtor shall constitute a Related Person.
Related Persons when used with respect to any other Person shall mean and include: members of the family of such Person (including without limitation natural and adopted children, parents, grand-parents, siblings and children of siblings); the estate of such Person upon such Person's death; descendents of such Person; and trusts or similar entities created for the benefit of such Person or any Related Person.
Related Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 4.22.

Related Persons means: (i) with regard to each Individual Defendant, the Individual Defendants’ spouses, marital communities, immediate family members, heirs, executors, personal representatives, estates, administrators, trusts, predecessors, successors, and assigns or other individual or entity in which any Individual Defendant has a controlling interest, and each and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, attorneys, accountants, auditors, advisors, insurers, co-insurers, re-insurers, heirs, executors, personal representatives, estates, administrators, trusts, predecessors, successors, and assigns; and (ii) with regard to Walgreens, all past or present agents, officers, directors, attorneys, accountants, auditors, advisors, insurers, co-insurers, reinsurers, partners, controlling shareholders, joint venturers, related or affiliated entities, advisors, employees, affiliates, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, insurers, and assigns.
