Released PAGA Claims definition

Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.
Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 5.2
Released PAGA Claims means all claims for PAGA penalties that were alleged, or reasonably could have been alleged, based on the facts stated in the First Amended Complaint and the PAGA Notice, which occurred during the PAGA Period, which occurred during the PAGA Period. The Released PAGA Claims do not include other PAGA claims, underlying wage and hour claims, claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, unemployment insurance, disability and worker’s compensation, and PAGA claims outside of the PAGA Period.

  • You will also be bound by the Released PAGA Claims, and there is no right to exclude yourself from the Released PAGA Claims under California law.

Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released as described in Section E.3. below.

Released PAGA Claims means the claims being released by the Plaintiff and PAGA Counsel and as described in Paragraph 5 below.
