Current Shareholders the parties who, at any time prior to the Effective Date, were shareholders of WSI or any of its Affiliates or subsidiaries or who are Affiliates, family members or other relatives of any parties who were shareholders of WSI or any of its Affiliates or subsidiaries on or prior to the Effective Date; provided, that “Current Shareholders” does not include any of the WorldSpace Parties or any direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries thereof;
