Released Person definition

Released Person means any person who is released on bail or on his personal bond, as the case may be;
Released Person has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.
Released Person has the meaning given in clause 12.1(a)(i). Releases means the releases and extinguishments of liability described in clause 12 and set out in the Release Legislation or the NSW Government Deed of Release.
