Parent Companies definition

Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

Parent Companies shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the first paragraph of the Agreement.
