Joint Venturers means Xxxxxxx Mining Limited a company incorporated in the State of Western Australia and its successors, permitted assigns and appointees;
Joint Venturers means both the Domgas Joint Venturers and the LNG Joint Venturers unless the context otherwise requires;

Joint Venturers means each of the entities set out in Item 3 of Schedule 1 as holding a Joint Venture Percentage.
