Defendants definition

Defendants means all of the Individual Defendants and the Corporate Defendants, individually, collectively, or in any combination.

Defendants means the entities named as defendants in any of the Proceedings as set out in Schedule A, and any Persons added as defendants in the Proceedings in the future. For greater certainty, Defendants includes the Settling Defendants.
