Releasees definition

Releasees means each and any of the Defendants’ Releasees and each and any of the Plaintiffs’ Releasees.
Releasees means the Employer and all or any of its past and present parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, companies, partnerships, joint ventures and other entities and their groups, divisions, departments and units, and their past and present directors, trustees, officers, managers, partners, supervisors, employees, attorneys, agents and consultants, and their predecessors, successors and assigns.
Releasees shall refer to you and to the Company and each of the Company’s owners, stockholders, predecessors, successors, assigns, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys, advisors, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates (and agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys and advisors of such parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates) and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them.

  • I understand that the Releasees may fail to safeguard or protect my child/xxxx from the risks, dangers and hazards of soccer programs, some of which are referred to above.

  • This section shall also apply to any allegations made by Xxxxxxx against Xxxxxx’x Releasees as defined in § 4.1 above, for failing to comply with this Settlement Agreement.

More Definitions of Releasees

Releasees and “Claim” or “Claims” shall have the meanings set forth below:
Releasees means, jointly and severally, individually and collectively, the Settling Defendants and all of their present and former direct and indirect parents, owners, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, associates (as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act, RSC 1985, c C-44), partners, joint ventures, franchisees, dealers, insurers, and all other Persons, partnerships or corporations with whom any of the former have been, or are now, affiliated, and all of their respective past, present and future officers, directors, employees, agents, mandataries, shareholders, attorneys, trustees, servants and representatives, members, managers and the predecessors, successors, purchasers, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns of each of the foregoing, excluding always the Non-Settling Defendants and the Non-Settling Defendants’ related entities.
Releasees means the Defendants and, as applicable, each of their respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisions, along with each of their respective current and former officers, directors, employees, trustees, representatives, lawyers, agents, insurers, and re-insurers; any and all predecessors, successors, and/or shareholders of the Defendants and each of their direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisions; and each of the Defendants’ respective heirs, executors, trustees, administrators and assigns.
Releasees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(a).
Releasees means each and any of the Defendant Releasees and each and any of the Plaintiff Releasees.
Releasees and "Released Claims" in this Order is a matter of form only for consistency with the Settlement Agreement.
Releasees means Plaintiff’s Releasees and Defendants’ Releasees.
