Allow a Driver Training School approved to deliver the Approved Course to conduct required MELT Course Assessments as determined by ICBC, toward issuance of a Declaration of Completion to each student who successfully completes the Approved Course.
A driver training school must be approved to deliver the Class 1 MELT course, and will be required to issue an MV2970 - Class 1 MELT Declaration of Completion (DoC) to each student who has met the assessment requirements and successfully completed the course.
