Certificate of Final Completion definition

  • The Contractor shall insure against each party’s liability for any loss, damage, death or bodily injury which may occur to any physical property (except things insured under article 17.2) or to any person (except persons insured under article 17.4), which may arise out of the Contractor’s performance of the Contract and occurring before the issue of the Certificate of Final Completion.
