Certificate of Completion definition

Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;
Certificate of Completion means a certificate issued by the NCC when the Work reaches Completion;
Certificate of Completion means certificate issued by the Company to the Contractor stating that he has successfully completed the jobs/works assigned to him and submitted all necessary reports as required by the Company.

More Definitions of Certificate of Completion

Certificate of Completion means written certification, delivered to the State and signed by an authorized representative of Contractor, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation, testing and Acceptance have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase or Solution complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Solution Requirements.
