Crown Direction definition

Crown Direction means any Ministerial direction given to PHARMAC under section 103 of the Crown Entities Act 2004;

  • You acknowledge that PHARMAC must comply with any Crown Direction.

  • PHARMAC may terminate or amend the Agreement, or impose restrictions on the prescribing or dispensing of a Pharmaceutical, at any time during the Sole Supply Period or the Hospital Supply Status Period (as applicable) or the Transition Periods, if the termination, amendment or imposition of restrictions is required to give effect to a Crown Direction.

  • PHARMAC may terminate or amend this Agreement, or impose restrictions on the use of a Medical Device, at any time, if the termination, amendment or imposition of restrictions is required to give effect to a Crown Direction.

Crown Direction means any direction given by the Crown (by the Minster of Health under section 103 of the Crown Entities Xxx 0000 or otherwise) to us. Crown Funding Agreement means the agreement between us and the Minister of Health pursuant to section 10 of the Act. Related to Crown Direction

  • Written directive means an order in writing for a specific patient or human research subject, dated and signed by an authorized user prior to the administration of a radiopharmaceutical or by an individual qualified by training and experience to conduct particle accelerator therapy or radiation for X-ray therapy, as specified in 641—subrule 41.2(87).

  • Joint Written Direction means a written direction executed by the Investor and the Company directing Escrow Agent to disburse all or a portion of the Escrow Funds or to take or refrain from taking any action pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Site Supervisor means a Site employee, member, or volunteer, who is responsible for monitoring and supervising the Student throughout the Program.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.
