Directions definition

Directions means the directions contemplated in section 27(2) of the Act, issued by a Cabinet member relating to his or her line functions, after consultation with the Cabinet members responsible for cooperative governance and traditional affairs and justice and correctional services;
Directions means directions, consents or instructions, that you or an Authorised Person is appointed, entitled, empowered or authorised to give to a ZEDRA Entity in respect of any Arrangement or Service;

Examples of Directions in a sentence

  • In the event that any recommendation is not approved by the requisite number of Lenders and a subsequent approval on the same subject matter is requested by Agent, then for the purposes of this paragraph each Lender shall be required to respond to a request for Directions within five (5) Business Days of receipt of such request.

  • If consent is required for the requested action, any Lender’s failure to respond to a request for Directions within the required time period shall be deemed to constitute a Direction to take such requested action.
