the Directive definition

the Directive means Council Directive 2003/4/EC(d) on public access to environmental information and repealing Council Directive 90/313/EEC;
the Directive means Directive 2008/52/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21st May 2008 on certain aspects of mediation in civil and commercial matters;

  • Any borrowing by the Borrower hereunder, and the performance of its obligations hereunder and under the other Security Documents, will be for its own account and will not, to the best of its knowledge, involve any breach by it of any law or regulatory measure relating to “money laundering” as defined in Article 1 of the Directive (2005/EC/60) of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Communities.
