County Fees definition

County Fees means those fees described in Article 11 of this Agreement.
County Fees means fees payable to the County which arise out of the development and construction of the workforce housing units.
County Fees means all applicable fees and charges of the County imposed on the Air Carrier, including but not limited to, County gate fees, landing fees, law enforcement charges for passenger security, and Federal Inspection Service fees. In addition the term "County Fees" shall include any applicable surcharge imposed on the Air Carrier under the Broward County Administrative Code, as it may be changed from time to time. Provider shall not collect Passenger Facility Charges and the term "County Fees" shall not include Passenger Facility Charges. Provider shall collect all such County Fees as agent for the County and for the account of the County. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider shall not collect any County Fees from an Air Carrier if any one of the following conditions applies: (i) the Air Carrier has entered into a Lease and Use Agreement ("Signatory Agreement") with the County; (ii) the Air Carrier has entered into a Field Usage Agreement ("FUA") with the County and has elected under Option A of the FUA to pay County Fees incurred by such Air Carrier directly to the County; or (iii) the Aviation Department has given the Provider written notification that the Aviation Department shall be collecting such fees directly from a particular Air Carrier. The collection obligations imposed on the Provider by this Section 4.7 shall not apply to any Air Carrier that satisfies any of conditions (i) through (iii) preceding; provided, however, that it shall be Provider's sole obligation to verify with the Aviation Department as to whether any of the foregoing conditions are applicable to any particular Air Carrier. The Provider shall be entitled to an administrative charge equal to ten percent (10%) of all County Fees remitted by the Provider to the County, in accordance with the requirements hereof ("Administrative Charge").

  • Arrears for this purpose means, in respect of a Loan, on any date that two or more Monthly Payments have become due and remain unpaid by the relevant Borrower, and this reporting line relates to repurchases under clause 8.11 of the Mortgage Sale Agreement.

  • Personal Property Taxes All personal property taxes imposed on the furniture, furnishings or other items of personal property located on, and used in connection with, the operation of the Leased Improvements as a hotel (other than Inventory and other personal property owned by the Lessee), together with all replacements, modifications, alterations and additions thereto.
