Whenever any payment of principal of, or interest on, the Base Rate Loans, the Daily Simple SOFR Loans, the Competitive Bid Rate Loans or of the Facility Fee or any other amounts payable to the Lenders hereunder shall be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the date for payment thereof shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Facility Fee in respect of the Facility Fee Base, as defined below, of any Lender shall cease to accrue, and accrued but unpaid Facility Fee shall be payable, on the date (if any) on which such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Facility Fee Base is reduced to zero pursuant hereto.
