If, at DFMC’s election, your milk is collected more frequently than you require, no Gate Fees or charges will apply for the additional collections.
Where the volume of your milk exceeds the capacity and ability of the tanker of DFMC’s contractor, additional Gate Fees and charges will not be applied.
You will be charged the Gate Fees set out in Item 11 of the Details as a fee for the service of DFMC collecting your milk, which will be deducted from the Minimum Milk Price you receive in respect of a Month.
