Contractor’s Items definition

Contractor’s Items mean the Drilling Unit, equipment, material and services owned by Contractor or which are listed in Drilling Order that are to be provided at expense of Contractor.
Contractor’s Items means with respect to the provision of the Work, the Rig, equipment, spare parts, materials, expendables and other supplies and facilities related thereto owned, leased or hired by Contractor or to be provided by Contractor, as specified in Appendix C and Appendix D (except those items which are Operator’s Items).
Contractor’s Items mean the Dulling Unit, equipment, material and services owned by Contractor or which are listed in Appendices B and D that are to be provided at expense of Contractor;

Examples of Contractor’s Items in a sentence

  • Contractor shall have the right to self-insure any or all of that portion of insurance relating to loss or damage to Contractor’s Items.

  • Contractor shall, subject to Paragraph 901and Appendix D, be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Contractor’s Items and shall provide all spare parts and materials required therefor.

  • Except during Turnkey operations, the Repair Rate specified in the Drilling Order will be payable during the first twenty-four (24) hours per month during which operations are suspended to permit necessary replacement, inspection, repair of maintenance of Contractor’s Items.

  • Contractor shall be responsible, at its cost, for maintaining adequate stock levels of Contractor’s Items and replenishing as necessary.

  • When such take over period has ended, Company shall return the Drilling Unit and all of Contractor’s Items to Contractor in as good conditions as when the take over began, normal wear and tear excepted.

  • Contractor will use due diligence in effecting such repairs, replacements or maintenance in a good and workmanlike manner and will use its best efforts to familiarize itself with the location of rental replacements for Contractor’s Items.

  • Each of Contractor’s Items (including the Drilling Unit) shall be subject to inspection and approval of Company prior to such Items being placed into service.

  • Contractor shall provide Contractor’s Items and Personnel and perform the services to be performed by it in accordance with the Drilling Order.

  • Operator may, subject to the prior written approval of Contractor, post on Contractor’s Items such notices as Operator and Contractor may mutually agree in order to ensure the reasonable protection of Operator against any liens, claims, assessments, fines and/or levies upon Operator’s assets.

  • Contractor shall provide Contractor’s Items and Personnel and perform the services to be performed by it in accordance with Appendices B, C and D.


More Definitions of Contractor’s Items

Contractor’s Items means the equipment and services specified in Annex A and Annex C that are to be provided by CONTRACTOR or COMPANY, at the expense of the CONTRACTOR.
Contractor’s Items means all items to be furnished by the Contractor pursuant to Clause 5.1 including those listed in Annexure A; "Designated Representative(s)" means the person(s) designated pursuant to Clause 15.2; "US$” means United States dollars; "Downtime" has the meaning ascribed in Clause 7.2.2; "Force Majeure" has the meaning ascribed in Clause 13.1; “Normal Termination” means the time specified in clause 2.3; "Parties" means the Company and the Contractor; "Services" means all or any of the Services referred to in Clause 1 and Annexure A; "Standby Time" means time during which the Standby Rate is payable; "Term" means the period from the Commencement Time and continuing until Normal Termination or earlier termination as provided herein; "Operations Area" means at or near to the area at which the Services are to be performed; "Operations" means the seismic data acquisition on the survey or surveys of the Company utilising the Services; "Vessel" means any vessel used by the Contractor in conjunction with the Services.
Contractor’s Items mean the equipment, material and services which are listed in the Appendices that are to be provided by or at expense of Contractor;
Contractor’s Items. “Operator’s Items”, “Contractor’s Personnel” and “Operator’s Personnel” shall have the meanings as defined in Article I.
