Contractor’s items definition

Contractor’s items means the equipment, materials and services, which are to be provided by Contractor or to be provided by Company at the expense of the Contractor, which are listed in section II under Terms of Reference and Technical Specifications;
Contractor’s items means the equipment, materials and services, which are to be provided by Contractor or to be provided by Company at the expense of the Contractor, which are listed herein under Scope of Work/Terms of Reference/Technical Specifications;
Contractor’s items mean the Drilling Unit, equipment, material and services owned by Contractor or which are listed in Drilling Order that are to be provided at expense of Contractor.

Examples of Contractor’s items in a sentence

  • Operator may, subject to the prior written approval of Contractor, post on Contractor’s Items such notices as Operator and Contractor may mutually agree in order to ensure the reasonable protection of Operator against any liens, claims, assessments, fines and/or levies upon Operator’s assets.

  • Contractor will use due diligence in effecting such repairs, replacements or maintenance in a good and workmanlike manner and will use its best efforts to familiarize itself with the location of rental replacements for Contractor’s Items.

  • When such take over period has ended, Company shall return the Drilling Unit and all of Contractor’s Items to Contractor in as good conditions as when the take over began, normal wear and tear excepted.

  • Except during Turnkey operations, the Repair Rate specified in the Drilling Order will be payable during the first twenty-four (24) hours per month during which operations are suspended to permit necessary replacement, inspection, repair of maintenance of Contractor’s Items.

  • Contractor shall provide Contractor’s Items and Personnel and perform the services to be performed by it in accordance with the Drilling Order.


More Definitions of Contractor’s items

Contractor’s items means the equipment, materials and services, which are to be provided by Contractor at the expense of the Contractor;

Contractor’s items means all items to be furnished by the Contractor pursuant to Clause 5.1 including those listed in Annexure A; "Designated Representative(s)" means the person(s) designated pursuant to Clause 15.2; "US$” means United States dollars; "Downtime" has the meaning ascribed in Clause 7.2.2; "Force Majeure" has the meaning ascribed in Clause 13.1; “Normal Termination” means the time specified in clause 2.3; "Parties" means the Company and the Contractor; "Services" means all or any of the Services referred to in Clause 1 and Annexure A; "Standby Time" means time during which the Standby Rate is payable; "Term" means the period from the Commencement Time and continuing until Normal Termination or earlier termination as provided herein; "Operations Area" means at or near to the area at which the Services are to be performed; "Operations" means the seismic data acquisition on the survey or surveys of the Company utilising the Services; "Vessel" means any vessel used by the Contractor in conjunction with the Services. 1.2 References Unless the context otherwise requires: References to Annexures or Attachments are references to Annexures and Attachments of this Agreement; references to a Clause by a number or a letter and a number are to clauses of that number in that part of the Agreement in which the reference is made unless otherwise stated; and plural includes the singular and vice versa. 1.3 Governing Law All questions arising out of this Agreement or its validity, interpretations, performance or breach shall be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland (as agreed by both parties) and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that State and Courts having jurisdiction to hear appeals from Courts of that State. 1.4 Effect of Captions The captions appearing in this Agreement are for convenience only, and are not to be used to interpret the contents of their clauses. 1.5 Effect of Prior Agreements This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and no prior stipulation, agreement or understanding by the parties or any of their representatives shall be of any effect.
