Associated partners. §1. Associated KIC Partners are partners who are KIC Partners for EIT Food under the FPA and who contribute to the MFS programme by offering industrial and/or entrepreneurial exposure through projects, internships, industrial challenges, and other forms of learning opportunities in line with EIT’s “Added Value” requirement.
Associated partners. The Consortium built a network of academic, research and industrial partners (cf. Annex 11) which is developed and consolidated every year. Each Associated Partner realizes the programme activities as agreed in the Letters of Intent, and specifically: • Contribution to the promotion and awareness-raising of the FIPDes programme • Providing topics of internships, MSc thesis, co-supervision or hosting students during their internship/MSc thesis project • Contribution to the strategy developed by the Consortium in particular concerning the students’ employability (e.g. by informing students through the Consortium about PhD positions or jobs offers) • Contribution to the Programme sustainability strategy Non-educational partners have the possibility to support the FIPDes programme in several additional ways such as intellectual or financial support upon terms and conditions as the parties agree, or benefits in kind (i.e. material, workload). Each Associated Partner can also be involved in: • Learning activities (projects, lectures, workshops, Summer School, FIPDes Day) • Advisory and quality assessment activities (e.g. IAB) • Dissemination and valorisation activities • Providing internships and job offers This article is binding the associated partners and the Consortium (cf. Annex 12).

Associated partners. (a) Associated Partners are (1) Higher Education Institutions or individual scholars (Academic Associated Partners), or (2) other organizations (companies, non-governmental organizations, national or international administration bodies; Organizational Associated Partners), that contribute to the divulgation, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and/or sustainable development of the Programme.
Associated partners. Each Party involved in the Project as an Associate Partner hereby expressively undertakes to comply with and execute the provisions of Article 9.1 of the Grant Agreement as well as with the provisions of Articles of the Grant Agreement referred to in said Article 9.1. Additionally, any Associated Partner from a non-EU Country undertakes to comply with and execute any other obligation arising from the provisions of Article 10.1 of the Grant Agreement.
