Contractor Group means the Contractor, its Subcontractors (of any tier), its Contractor Invitees, its and their Affiliates and the foregoing's respective agents, representatives, directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel), or, where the context so permits, any or each of the foregoing, but does not include any member of the Company Group.

Contractor Group means the following Persons individually and collectively: Contractor and its Affiliates and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of all of those entities. Contractor Group does not include any Person who is a member of Company Group.

• For the avoidance of doubt the term “third party” shall exclude any member of Contractor Group or Company Group.

Contractor Group. ’ means the Contractor, its contractors and their Affiliates and directors, officers, employees and agents of all the foregoing.

Contractor Group means the CONTRACTOR, its SUBCONTRACTORS, its and their AFFILIATES, its and their respective directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel) but shall not include any member of the COMPANY GROUP. “CONTRACTOR GROUP” shall also mean subcontractors (of any tier) of a SUBCONTRACTOR which are performing WORK at any wellsite, their AFFILIATES, their directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel).

Contractor Group means, collectively, the Contractor and all Subcontractors.
