AND PLURAL. 37.01 Whenever the context so requires, the use of words herein in the singular shall be construed to include the plural, and words in the plural, the singular, and words whether in the masculine, feminine or neuter gender shall be construed, to include all of said genders. By the use of either the masculine or feminine genders it is understood that said use is for convenience purposes only and it not to be interpreted to be discriminatory by reason of sex.
AND PLURAL. All words in this Agreement in singular and masculine shall, where the context so requires, include the plural or the feminine.
AND PLURAL. Any word contained in the text of this Ground Lease, including but not by way of limitation "Tenant" and "Landlord", shall be read as the singular or the plural and as the masculine, feminine or neuter gender as may be applicable in the particular context.
AND PLURAL. Words used in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents in the singular, where the context so permits, shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa. The definitions of words in the singular in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall apply to such words when used in the plural where the context so permits and vice versa.
