Consultative Support definition

Consultative Support means the assistance provided to Company upon request related to best practices and optimization of the Software.
Consultative Support means Gluu providing, at a mutually pre-determined scheduled time during Business Hours, up to one hour per session for a member of Gluu’s technical staff to discuss with a Named Contact one of the following tasks related to a the Supported Software running on a Supported Server: (a) assist with planning a scheduled rollout or upgrade of Supported Software, (b) performing a review of the configuration and making suggestions as appropriate (c) discussing performance-related issues and troubleshooting or providing recommendations to improve performance if possible. Consultative Support does not include performing network design or architecting, custom programming, support for Products that have been modified, on-site support, nor reviewing, configuring, or validating systems for use in clustering, redundancy, backup, or for emergency services. The maximum hours of Consultative Support Company may receive is eight (8) hours per year. Consultative Support is only included in certain Enterprise class subscriptions.

  • In the event that any downtime is caused by your intervention/error and then you approve the use of Consultative Support to remedy the error, then you are liable for the relevant Consultative Support charges incurred in resolving the problem.

Related to Consultative Support

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.
