Complaints Policy definition

Complaints Policy has the meaning set out in clause 26.16;
Complaints Policy means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It is not intended to form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website available from the School at any time upon request;
Complaints Policy means our policy and documented procedures for ensuring that we handle any complaint promptly and fairly in accordance with the FCA Rules. Our Complaints Policy is available via the Representative’s Website;

Examples of Complaints Policy in a sentence

  • Handling complaints regarding this policy as outlined in the school’s Complaints Policy.

  • Complaints made by contractors will not be dealt with under this Complaints Policy.
