All policies and the Mobile Device Terms are incorporated into this User Agreement.
Mobile Device means a computing device, typically smaller than a notebook, which runs a mobile operating system, such as iOS, Android, or Windows Phone. Mobile Devices include smart phones, most tablets, and other form factors.
Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.
Service Terms means the service terms specific to each Service set forth herein and made a part of this Agreement upon the date you elect to register for or use the applicable Service and any subsequent modifications we are permitted to make to those terms.
Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
