Collateral Document definition

Collateral Document means all pledge agreements, security agreements, personal or corporate guaranties, deeds of trust, mortgages, contracts for the sale of real property, assignments, collateral agreements or other agreements or documents of any kind, whether originals or copies, whether similar to or different from those enumerated, securing in any manner the performance or payment by any Borrower of its obligations or the obligations of any other Borrower under any of the Loans or Notes evidencing the Loans.
Collateral Document means any document under which Collateral is granted and any document related thereto.
Collateral Document means each document held by the Lender as security for the repayment of the Secured Money or the performance of the Secured Obligations;

  • A decision by the Lender as to the amount of the Loan, an applicable Interest Rate or any amounts owing under the Agreement or any Collateral Document or as to whether an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing under this Agreement or any Collateral Document, shall, in the absence of an obvious error, be conclusive for all purposes including any proceedings.

Collateral Document means, individually and collectively, each Security Agreement and each other document granting a Lien upon the Collateral as security for payment of the Secured Obligations.

Company Stock will have the meaning given to it in Section 2.1(a).
Collateral Document means any Encumbrance, deed or instrument that is supplemental or collateral to the Standard Terms which is intended to provide collateral security (including, without limitation, by means of assignment) for the payment of the Secured Money;
