Collateral Document definition

Collateral Document means any pledge agreement, security agreement, personal or corporate guaranty, deed of trust, deed, mortgage, contract for the sale of real property, assignment, collateral agreement or other agreement or document of any kind, whether an original or a copy, whether similar to or different from those enumerated, (i) securing in any manner the performance or payment by any Borrower of its obligations or the obligations of any other Borrower under any of the Loans or the Notes evidencing the Loans or (ii) evidencing the Acquired Collateral.
Collateral Document means any document under which Collateral is granted and any document related thereto.
Collateral Document means each document held by the Lender as security for the repayment of the Secured Money or the performance of the Secured Obligations;

  • In the event the Borrower shall fail to make any payment or perform any act required to be performed hereunder, then and in each such case the District, the Trustee, any Credit Enhancer or the provider of any Collateral Document may (but shall not be obligated to) remedy such default for the account of the Borrower and make advances for that purpose.

Collateral Document means, individually and collectively, each Security Agreement and each other document granting a Lien upon the Collateral as security for payment of the Secured Obligations.
