  • In these Conditions and in the Trust Instrument, “Mortgaged Property” means, in relation to any Series of Notes, the Collateral (unless it is stated in the Terms that Condition 4.2(C) applies) and the other property, assets and/or rights of the Issuer which have been charged, assigned, pledged and/or otherwise made subject to the security created by the Issuer in favour of the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Instrument and/or any Additional Security Document.

  • The Additional Security Documents and other instruments related thereto shall be duly recorded or filed in such manner and in such places and at such times as are required by law to establish, perfect, preserve and protect the Liens, in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Lenders, required to be granted pursuant to the Additional Security Document and, all taxes, fees and other charges payable in connection therewith shall be paid in full by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
