Actual Knowledge definition

Actual Knowledge means the actual fact or statement of knowing, without any duty to make any investigation with regard thereto.
Actual Knowledge means notice of sexual harassment or allegations of sexual harassment to the school district’s Title IX Coordinator or to any employee of the school district.
