Second Lien Collateral Documents means the Second Lien Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, together with all other security agreements, account control agreements, freight forwarder and/or customs broker’s agreements, collateral access agreements, license agreements and other collateral documents executed and delivered in connection with the Second Lien Credit Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Second Lien Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Notes Collateral Documents and the Additional Second Lien Collateral Documents.
