Second Priority Collateral Documents definition

Second Priority Collateral Documents means the Noteholder Collateral Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is now or hereafter granted securing any Second Priority Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are at any time governed.

Second Priority Collateral Documents means the “Collateral Documents” or “Security Documents” (or equivalent term) as defined in any Second Priority Agreement and any documents that are designated under any Second Priority Agreement as “Second Priority Collateral Documents” for purposes of this Agreement.

• The Borrower agrees to deliver to the Designated Senior Representative copies of (i) any amendments, supplements or other modifications to the Second Priority Collateral Documents and (ii) any new Second Priority Collateral Documents promptly after effectiveness thereof.

Second Priority Collateral Documents means any documents now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any Second-Priority Obligations.
