Collateral Custodian Expenses definition

Collateral Custodian Expenses means the expenses set forth in the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter and any other accrued and unpaid expenses (including attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses) and indemnity amounts payable by the Borrower to the Collateral Custodian under the Transaction Documents.
Collateral Custodian Expenses means the out-of-pocket expenses to be paid to the Collateral Custodian under the Custody Agreement.
