Master Servicing Fee definition

Master Servicing Fee. As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Master Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of each Mortgage Loan. Master Servicing Fee Rate: 0.00% per annum.
Master Servicing Fee. As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, an amount payable out of each full payment of interest received on such Mortgage Loan and equal to one-twelfth of the Master Servicing Fee Rate multiplied by the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the Due Date in the month of such Distribution Date (prior to giving effect to any Scheduled Payments due on such Mortgage Loan on such Due Date), subject to reduction as provided in Section 3.14.

Master Servicing Fee. The fee charged by the Master Servicer for supervising the mortgage servicing and advancing certain expenses, equal to a per annum rate set forth for each Mortgage Loan in Exhibit D on the outstanding Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, payable monthly from the Certificate Account, the Investment Account or the Custodial Account for P&I. MERS: Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or any successor thereto.
Master Servicing Fee. As to any Distribution Date and each related Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of the applicable Master Servicing Fee Rate and the outstanding Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Due Period. The Master Servicing Fee for any Mortgage Loan shall be payable in respect of any Distribution Date solely from the interest portion of the Monthly Payment or other payment or recovery with respect to such Mortgage Loan.
