Collateral Custodian Fee definition

Collateral Custodian Fee means the fee to be paid to the Collateral Custodian as set forth in the Custody Agreement.
Collateral Custodian Fee. The fees set forth in this Agreement to be paid to the Collateral Custodian.

Collateral Custodian Fee. The fees, expenses and indemnities set forth as such in the Collateral Custodian Fee Letter and as provided for in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
