Collateral Custodian definition

Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.

Collateral Custodian. Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Collateral Custodian, its successor in interest pursuant to Section 8.3 or such Person as shall have been appointed Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 8.5.

• Trust Company Americas is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Collateral Custodian pursuant to the terms hereof.

Collateral Custodian means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., formerly known as BNY Midwest Trust Company, in its capacity as Collateral Custodian under the Custody Agreement, together with its successors and assigns.
