Collateral Custodian definition

Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.
Collateral Custodian. ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Collateral Custodian, its successor in interest pursuant to Section 8.3 or such Person as shall have been appointed Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 8.5.
