Collateral Administrator definition

Collateral Administrator has the meaning set forth in the introductory section of this Agreement.

Collateral Administrator means State Street Bank and Trust Company, in its capacity as collateral administrator, and any successor thereto.

• No amendment to this Indenture will be effective against the Collateral Administrator if such amendment would adversely affect the Collateral Administrator, including, without limitation, any amendment or supplement that would increase the duties or liabilities of, or adversely change the economic consequences to, the Collateral Administrator, unless the Collateral Administrator otherwise consents in writing.
