Sub-Servicing Account definition

Sub-Servicing Account. An account established by a Sub-Servicer which meets the requirements set forth in Section 3.08 and is otherwise acceptable to the Master Servicer.

Sub-Servicing Account. Any segregated account, which shall at all times be an Eligible Account, established and maintained pursuant to Section 3.02(b) and entitled "Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., in trust for the benefit of Holders of Aames Mortgage Trust 2002-1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-1, Collection Account". References herein to the Collection Account shall include any Sub-Servicing Account as the context requires.

Examples of Sub-Servicing Account in a sentence

• The Sub-Servicing Account shall be an Eligible Account and shall comply with all requirements of this Agreement relating to the Collection Account.

• In those cases where a Sub-Servicer is servicing a Mortgage Loan pursuant to a Sub- Servicing Agreement, the Sub-Servicer will be required to establish and maintain one or more accounts (collectively, the "Sub-Servicing Account").
