Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter definition

Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter, dated as of the July 21, 2011, between the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian, the Account Bank, the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as such letter may be amended, modified, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.

Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated as of April 14, 2021, by and among Wxxxx Fargo, Wxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC, and the Borrower.

Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter means the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Schedule, dated as of November 29, 2018, agreed to by the Borrower.

• Each Borrower agrees to pay the administrative and other fees of the Administrative Agent as provided in the Wxxxx Fargo Fee Letter and as may be otherwise agreed to in writing from time to time by the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent.
