Cash Collections definition

Cash Collections means the actual cash or other freely negotiable consideration, in any currency, received in satisfaction of accounts receivable created by the sale of any Company products or services.
Cash Collections means all cash, checks, drafts, items and other instruments for the payment of money received by the Debtors from proceeds of Collateral.
