Cash Collections definition

Cash Collections means the actual cash or other freely negotiable consideration, in any currency, received in satisfaction of accounts receivable created by the sale of any Company products or services.
Cash Collections means all cash, checks, drafts, items and other instruments for the payment of money received by the Company from proceeds of Collateral.
Cash Collections has the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.

Cash Collections means all cash collections received by the Company and its Subsidiaries from any Person in respect of any finance receivables, including all principal, interest, fees and cash payoffs payable to the Company and its Subsidiaries under or in connection with any finance receivables.
