Professional Staff Member definition

Professional Staff Member means a Staff Member designated as such by the Board in the terms of the Staff Member’s appointment, and who is therefore subject to those sections of this Agreement that apply only to Professional Staff Members (P);

Examples of Professional Staff Member in a sentence

  • Matters Regarding an Administrative Staff Member Since administrators are considered members of the District's professional staff, the general procedure specified in "Matters Regarding a Professional Staff Member" shall be followed.

  • Matters Regarding a Classified Staff Member In the case of a classified staff member, the complaint is to be directed, initially, toward the person's supervisor, and the matter then brought as required to higher levels in the same manner as prescribed for "Matters Regarding a Professional Staff Member".

  • Upon a resident vacating a unit, said unit shall be inspected by a Residence Life Professional Staff member and, if said unit is not in acceptable condition as defined herein and determined at the discretion the Residence Life Professional Staff Member, repair/cleaning/removal service shall be ordered and the resident(s) shall be held jointly and severally liable for the entire cost of the same.

  • Matters Regarding District Services or Operations If the request, suggestion, or complaint relates to a matter of District procedure or operation, it should be addressed, initially, to the person in charge of the service or operation and then brought, in turn, to higher levels of authority in the manner prescribed in "Matters Regarding a Professional Staff Member".

  • Professional Staff Member- a unit member whose primary duties are other than teaching.


More Definitions of Professional Staff Member

Professional Staff Member means a person who has been employed by the University in one of the classifications described in Schedule 2 and who is not a member of the University’s Academic or English Language Teaching Staff.
