City Parking Improvements definition

City Parking Improvements means, collectively, the parking facilities and related improvements to be located within the City Parking Parcel, which are to be constructed by the City Improvements General Contractor for City, at City’s sole expense, in accordance with the Approved Parking Plans, and which shall be operated by City for public parking in connection with the City Center Project to support Developer’s proposed overbuild of residential and retail development.
