City Improvements definition

City Improvements means the public improvements to be purchased, constructed, reconstructed, acquired, improved, extended, rehabilitated, installed, equipped, furnished and completed in the Project Area in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan, including, but not limited to, the public improvements constituting the Project.

Examples of City Improvements in a sentence

  • The City is authorized by the Redevelopment Law (hereinafter defined) and its Home Rule Charter to issue tax allocation bonds for the purpose of paying the costs and expenses of the City Improvements, the principal and interest of which is payable from certain tax revenues as set forth in the Redevelopment Law.
